Knight of Charity

Stephenville

Stephenville, Texas Council 10816 of the Knights of Columbus presented part of the proceeds from their recent "Knight of Charity" to Choices Life Resource Center of Stephenville and the Pallottine Fathers and Brothers on February 7th.

Presenting a check for $10,000 to Choices Executive Director Ashley Graves and a $25,000 check to Father Matthew Sanka of the Pallottines was Grand Knight Ryan Halfman.

Father Sanka is administrator of St. Brendan's in Stephenville, St. Mary's in Dublin, Sacred Heart in Comanche, and Our Lady of Guadalupe in DeLeon.

Choices Life Resource Center is a Christian ministry dedicated to preserving the value of human life by providing abortion alternatives, practical assistance, and education to the Cross Timbers area in Texas.

The Pallottines are a Roman Catholic worldwide religious congregation who share a life of community, prayer and apostolic work through working in partnership with the laity they serve.

The Pallottine Fathers and Brothers of the Mother of God Province are based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
