2017.3 Medical Fundraiser

Council 9038 and Sacred Heart Men’s Club joined forces for a Medical Fundraiser to assist Brother Knight David Martinez with his medical bills and equipment. A check for $10,273 was presented by Grand Knight “AL” Garza and Pedro Balderos President of (SHMC). Funds were raised selling Bar-B-Q plates, personal monetary donations and assistance from at least 50 plus parish ministries. Cooking was done by “Pair of Aces”. This endeavor was accomplished not only with hard work ,but with a unified effort in doing God’s work for humanity and in the example and Spirit of Fr. Michael J. Mcgivney.
