Council 8464 Our Lady of Lourdes Mineral Wells

Council 8464, Mineral Wells, Texas has had a very successful charitable year.Our council contributed food and man hours to make Our Lady of Lourdes “Jamica” (OLOL Fall Festival) a success.

We have adopted several miles of road in Mineral Wells to keep Clean,a job that has been successful and appreciated by the community.

The council is proud to have granted three scholarships to college students and sponsored two Ft. Worth Diocese Seminarians.We also presented Fr. Bolyalla with a check for $1000 to support his home seminary in India.

We have a group of Brother Knights that invest council funds to purchase food for our food bank and work to insure that it is available to those in need.

We have sponsored a youth Soccer team and donated to the local high school Athletic Booster Association.

We have a group of Brothers that contribute time and talent to support the local Special Olympic activities.
