Ladies of Charity

On Tuesday, March 19th, the Knights of Council #14025 presented the Ladies of Charity with a check for $7,000 to benefit their new building campaign and in support of their many charities. These were the proceeds from the KC Wine Tasting event on Feb 16th. Knights in the photo are: David Galvan, Ed Mendel, Richard Gambatese, Morris Stark, and Ron Martin. Included are Joe Agostine and Ladies of Charity- Carol Nex and Traci McMeans. Absent was Jeannette Jones.

This wine tasting also netted an additional $2,000 for the KC Youth Scholarships, thereby raising the award this year to $2,000 for each young male and female selected applicant (total $4,000).

This wine tasting event was very successful and plans are already underway for a bigger and better event next year.
