FRIDAY FISH FRY’S

Back by popular demand! Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Holly Lake Ranch, TX, Knights of Columbus Council #15174 announced the dates for upcoming Friday Fish Fry’s. November 18^th, was the last one scheduled for 2016, starting up again on February 24^th, and continuing on March 10^th and 24^th, and April 7^th, 2017. The dinner, consisting of French fries, beans, coleslaw, hush puppies, condiments, coffee, tea, desserts, and of course the best fried FISH around, is open to the community. Serving begins at 5:30 p.m. The Knights typically serve 150+ people as the Fish Fry’s have gained notoriety in the Holly Lake area.

Proceeds from this community-wide fundraiser are used: to purchase wheel chairs for those in need, to donate to Hawkins Helping Hands and East Texas Food Bank, for the purchase of holiday food baskets and for donation to the Gabriel House Project.
