KNIGHTS IN SERVICE

The Knights of Columbus Council #15174 from Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Holly Lake Ranch, TX may be fairly small compared to some councils, but they contributed big time to the East Texas Food Bank in Tyler, TX. May 2016 marked the first month the Council started tracking the number of meals that could be provided to the less fortunate in our communities. Due to the time and hard work of the Council volunteers, from May through December 2016, 42,306 meals were packed under various programs instituted by the Food Bank. All that with an average of 17 volunteers working just 3 hours a month!
