St Raphael Council 13165

District Deputy 84, Bob Goss proudly presenting the 4 Star Columbian Award for 2015-16 to WGK / Program Director 2015-16 Jesus Ortego and PGK Francisco Carpinteyro. Council 13165 led by these two motivated and dedicated brothers recruited 425%. Additionally based on PGK Carpinteyro excellent leadership and dedication to the Knight's principles Asst.
