Scott A. MacDonald Council 8512 Friday Fish Frys

The Scott A. MacDonald Council #8512 in North Richland Hills just concluded their sixth Friday Fish Fry during the Lenten season. Thanks to the coordination work and efforts by Knight John Gigilo and his wife, Robin, patrons were treated to fried/grilled catfish, fries, hush puppies, green beans, potatoes, mac/cheese, cole slaw and a choice of some great desserts. We held a 50/50 drawing to give away two bibles to some lucky participants. Proceeds will help support our charitable events throughout the year. We are also able to give over $400 to our parish, St. John the Apostle, HVAC fund. We had the cooperation of many conscientious, hard-working Knights, and their families, to make this year’s fish frys a big success for all parishioners.
