Holy Spirit Council 7264 Sponsors Monthly Burrito Breakfast

Once a month after the Sunday Masses, parishioners enjoy burritos made by Knights of Holy Spirit Council 7267 located at St. Stephen Catholic Church, Weatherford, Texas. A couple of Knights under the direction of Joe Wright gather Saturday evening to cook the sausage and other ingredients that go into the burritos. On Sunday morning, many more Knights gather to wrap the burritos and to make the 2 different varieties of salsa; one mild and the other hot. The Knights also provide coffee, juice, and doughnuts. It’s an excellent opportunity for brother Knights to share in fellowship with each other as well as with many parishioners.
