Sealy Co. 3313 Chaplain’s Ramp Project

Upon relocating into his new residence, Father Eric Pitre, Chaplain of Father A. J. Crann Co. 3313 and Pastor of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, both in Sealy, TX inquired to Financial Secretary Bud Houlette about designing a sloping handicap ramp for safer accessibility.FS Houlette advised the Council of Father’s inquiry which proceeded to make a substantial donation toward the material cost in addition a number of Council members making personal donations resulting in the entire material cost being donated.

FS Houlette completed the ramp design and oversaw the construction project by purchasing the needed material including the preassembly of some of the ramp sections.Seven Council Brother Knights completed the final construction and installation at Father Eric’s residence.Grand Knight Mark Faldyn summarized “that it was an honor and privilege for the Council to undertake and complete this very worthwhile project”.
