Council 8096 in Houston fry fish, shrimp, and fries for St Elizabeth Ann Seton CC yearly during Lent.The proceeds fromthese events are used to support the Teen programs at our church.The Knights set-up the fryers, fry, drain and filter the oil, and clean the fryers.
