Council 7264 Fish Fry

Holy Spirit Council 7264 held its first public fish fry on Nov 2.Past Deputy Grand Knight Dave Straka provided the deep fryers, the food warmer, and the heat lamps.150 tickets were sold a couple weeks prior and sold out fast.The meal consisted of fried haddock, hush puppies, French fries, and coleslaw.In August the council did a test run fish fry for members and family members only to verify equipment performance, gain experience, and evaluate food choice options.Both events were huge successes, and future fish fry’s will be bigger.
