Cinco de Mayo

St. Joseph Assembly 3357 started Cinco de Mayo in Alpine, TX with a Chalice Ceremony Presentation honoring Sir Knight (Big) George Hernandez’ in Our Lady of Peace Catholic church at the 10 a.m. mass. Worthy Sir Knight (Big) George Hernandez’, in the presence of your loved ones and friends we honor you as a beloved Christian witness in loving memory, we present this Chalice on which your name is engraved. It will be entrusted to the community of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church to be used in the Eucharistic Celebration. Faithful Navigator Juan Dominguez present SK George’s sister Bridget with the chalice she then presented the chalice to Sir Knight Fr. Beto Lopez, pastor of Our Lady of Peace with the chalice to be used in the parish.
