Scholarship Awarded

This past Fraternal year, Council 16730 awarded five, one thousand-dollar scholarships to five students that will attend The Atonement Academy, San Antonio, for School Year 2020/2021. The scholarships were scored based on their essays "The Value of a Catholic Education in the Time of Covid 19". Whole person approach was used in the scoring. Letters of Recommendation, Test Scores, Grade Point Averages, Community Service , Service to the Parish and Extra Curricular Activities were evaluated for each student.
