“Food for Families”

The Knights of Columbus Council 8131 in Lockhart conducted a “Food for Families” program in September and collected 2,540 pounds of food.The food was donated to the St Vincent de Paul organization at St Mary’s in Lockhart.Brother Noel Jaimes and his family members lead the project.Many other Council members assisted in this effort.

This Faith in Action program outlined by the Knights of Columbus Supreme Office is one way a Council can participate in charitable efforts in the local community.
