David Tull is shown with Catherine Tu whose Chinese group, Austin Chinese American Network, made 60 Survivor Kits for the homeless. David is a member and Financial Secretary of the KC Council 7600 at St. Margaret Mary in Cedar Park. In each kit, the group put a handmade card and message wishing the homeless a Happy Chinese New Year.
