State Bowling Tournament

The 56^th Annual Texas State Council Bowling Tournament that was held on April 10-11 & 17-18 weekends at Max Bowl in Port Arthur.Chairman Stanley Pesek and his crew did an outstanding job coordinating this event.There were a lot of teams that showed up and the competition was tough, but all had a great time. Several State Officers and Major Directors also showed up to support the bowlers.Here are some of the results:

TEAMS

• 1^st Place Team - Team Thirteen (Justin Wostarek, Calvin Kurtz, Eric Kurtz, Mike Tofel)
• 2^nd Place Team – Best of #8096 (Victor Loan, William Larson, Hai Tran, Warren Tabor)
• 3^rd Place Team – Over the Line (Isaac Holikamp, Ray Pietrowski, Jimmy Russo, Joe Russo).

DOUBLES

• 1^st Place – Eddie Okonski & Greg Okonski
• 2^nd Place – Charlie Arsenault & Ray Todora
• 3^rd Place – Mile Buchala & Patrick Towne
• 1^st Place – Joe Russo
• 2^nd Place – Kim Bourque
• 3^rd Place – Curtis Stone

SINGLES

Up next is the State Golf Tournament scheduled for September in Bastrop.More information will be sent out after the State Softball Tournament on June 26^th in Schulenburg.
