Council 10930 in Fort Worth in the spirit of helping bring the St. Thomas the Apostle parish community together, we have started a parish breakfast on the first Sunday of each month after the 8AM and 10AM Mass. These breakfasts consist of smoked brisket burritos or smoked pulled pork, egg and cheese burritos. Although this is also fund raiser for the Council, the cost of the burritos is kept low so that all parishioners may take part. The funds are used to continue the charitable programs in the community and parish. We have had four breakfasts this fraternal year and have served 500 to 600 burritos each time. This program has resulted in over 400 volunteer hours by member Knights and non-member volunteers.
