Postage Stamps for the Incarcerated

Knights of Council 8293 and of the Chapter of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston have been asked to contribute postage stamps to the Archdiocesan Office of Ministry to the Incarcerated. On Feb. 5^th, at 7 p.m., the stamps will be collected at the annual “Mercy Festival” sponsored by the Daughters of Isabela of St. Justin Martyr Parish, Houston, TX. Admission to the event will be $10 or one book of stamps (US flag stamps preferred). The stamps will be presented to Deacon AlvinLovelady, head of the Archdiocesan Office, the guest speaker at the Mercy Festival. The stamps will be used for Office correspondence and to help inmates stay in touch with their family.
