Annual Lenten Fish Fry

The Knights of Columbus, San Pedro De Jesus Maldonado, Council 17449, held their annual Lenten Fish Fry on 8 April 2022. The Knights put together over 300 orders of fish tacos which included , 3 fish tacos, hushpuppies, rice and cole slaw, along with a side order of a very tasty salsa and of course a drink as well. Parishioners ordered ahead and were able to drive up and receive their orders. It was a very successful event which culminated in the Knights donating a check of a $1000 dollars of the proceeds to the San Pedro De Jesus Maldonado Church.
