Fish Fry 2022

After two years of face to face hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the St. Gabriel the Archangel Council 12153 in McKinney, TX conducted the Lenten Fish Fry event on all Fridays of Lent which started on March 4 and ended last April 28,2022.

The activity was a joined effort of both the Knights and Columbiettes serving healthy and nutritious fish menu with side dish and dessert to the parishioners and guests of St. Gabriel the Archangel church.

The proceeds of the said fund raising event went to the council's projects and programs for this year including allocations for the church building fund.

Overall, the people who supported and helped in the aforementioned Fish Fry we're happy and satisfied not only with their stomach delight, but particularly with the camaraderie and teamwork they worked together in coming up with a successful charitable work of action.

Noteworthy also the said Fish Fry coincided with the Stations of the Cross that make it more spiritually nourishing for everyone who are present in both activities.
