Fast Start to the New Year!

Texas, YOU did it! Your hard work brought the Texas State Council into the Circle of Honor for the second year in a row! We must now work on a three-peat.

We are already one full month into the new fraternal year. We have continued growing the Order and continue to add new families to the Texas State Council. We must continue being the catalyst to bring Catholic families back to the church. If not us, then who?

Offering membership in our Order, via the Online Membership opportunity, remains the best way to do so and it is FREE! Utilize the new promotional code Blessed McGivney when you invite practical Catholic gentlemen to Join Us (kofc.org/joinus)! Keep these new online members engaged in the activities at the parish so they can see, firsthand, the good works being accomplished by the Council.

Ensure each District is scheduling an Exemplification of Charity, Unity and Fraternity every month. Share these scheduled ceremonials with our Ceremonials Chairman, Brother Charlie Perez (cbperez@rvg.rr.com) as well as with all fraternal leaders within your respective Diocese.

Starting August 1 and running until September 30, new Fast Start incentives will be active.

Every GK and MD whose Council brings in their first 3 new members, for the 2022-2023 Fraternal Year, as set by the Supreme Council, between August 1 – September 30, 2022, will receive a Texas KofC Membership Cap.

Every GK and MD whose Council achieves 100% of their Membership Intake Goal, for the 2022-2023 Fraternal Year, as set by the Supreme Council, between August 1 - September 30, 2022, will each receive a Texas KofC Membership Polo Shirt.

Every Council which achieves or exceeds their Council Membership Intake Goal, as set by the Supreme Council, between August 1 - September 30, 2022, can earn the incentive rewards as listed below. The more your Council grows, the more you can earn.

• 100% of goal – earn KofC Table Covering

• 150% of goal – above earned item plus KofC Flagship Banner

• 200% of goal – above earned items plus KofC Feather Flag

250% of goal – above earned items plus Pop Up Canopy

Every District Deputy which achieves or exceeds the below listed percentage of their District Membership Intake Goal, as set by the Supreme Council, between August 1 - September 30, 2022, can earn the below listed incentive rewards. The more you aid the Councils within your District grow, the more you can earn.

• 25% of goal: Texas KofC Recruiter Polo Shirt

• 50% of goal: Texas KofC Recruiter Button Down Shirt

75%+ of goal: Texas KofC Recruiter Jacket and Cap

Note: A Council or a District Deputy can only earn one incentive award per % of intake period and can earn again for a higher % intake period. Example: A Council may have earned the incentive for 100% “Jump Start” but NOT again for the 100% “Fast Start” Incentive. They must achieve 150% or higher at “Fast Start” Incentive to be awarded. The more you grow your Councils throughout the year, the more you can be awarded.
