Membership

The Texas State Council continues to grow at a great rate. This new member growth has Texas in the #1 position within Division 1 of the Supreme Council. Convention weekend affords us the opportunity to celebrate the many achievements we have accomplished this year. Just a few key achievements are highlighted below.

The first quarter of this fraternal year, Texas exceeded the established new member intake goal by bringing in 1,027 new members. In the Texas State Council, Division 1, the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston exceeded their goal at 100.46%.Division 3, the Diocese of El Paso exceeded their goal at 122.58% and the Diocese of Laredo exceeded their goal at 278.95%.

At the mid-year point, Texas once again exceeded the new member intake needed to surpass our goal with 2,245 new members. In Division 1, the Diocese of Austin exceeded their goal at 106.83%. In Division 2, the Diocese of San Angelo exceeded their goal at 146.67%. In Division 3, the Diocese of El Paso exceeded their goal at 102.50% and the Diocese of Laredo exceeded their goal at 156.00%.

In the first month of the second half of the year, the Diocese of Laredo surpassed their annual new member intake goal at 101.04%. The members of this Diocese continue to set the pace for the rest of the State to catch!

We cannot rest on our past achievements.

We still have work to do to close out this year strong. With just under two months to go in this fraternal year, we must continue to offer membership to every practical Catholic gentleman. Every man in our local parish communities must be offered the benefit of membership in our Honored Order.
