Membership: Fast Start

Brother Knights we now one full month into the new fraternal year. We had a good Jump Start into this new year. We now need to keep our membership growth on the fast track. To keep this fraternal year off to a strong “Fast Start”, please ensure you share the August and September Only incentives with all our Council members. The details can be found

below. These are also included in the Membership Update communications sent each week.

Grand Knight (GK) and Membership Director (MD) - Fast Start Incentives

Every GK and MD whose Council brings in their first 5 new members, for the 2023-2024 Fraternal Year, as set by the Supreme Council, between August 1 – September 30, 2023, will receive a Texas KofC Membership Cap.

Every GK and MD whose Council achieves 100% of their Membership Intake Goal, for the 2023-2024 Fraternal Year, as set by the Supreme Council, between August 1 - September 30, 2023, will each receive a Texas KofC Membership Polo Shirt.

Council - Fast Start Incentives

Every Council which achieves or exceeds their Council Membership Intake Goal, as set by the Supreme Council, between August 1 - September 30, 2023, can earn the incentive rewards as listed below.

100% of goal – earn KofC Table Covering

200% of goal – earn KofC Flagship Banner

DISTRICT DEPUTY (DD) – MEMBERSHIP GROWTH – INCENTIVES

District Deputy – Fast Start Incentive – August 1 - September 30, 2023

Achieve or exceed the below percentage of the District membership goal, as set by Supreme.

30% of goal: Texas KofC Recruiter Cap

75% of goal: Texas KofC Recruiter Polo Shirt

100%+ of goal: Texas KofC Recruiter Jacket

Note: A Council or a District Deputy can only earn one incentive award per

% of intake period and can earn again for a higher % intake period. Example: A Council may have earned the incentive for 100% “Jump Start” but NOT again for the 100% “Fast Start” Incentive. They must achieve 150% or higher at “Fast Start” Incentive to be awarded. The more you grow your Council throughout the year, the more you can be awarded.

*All decisions are final as of the deadline listed.

30-Days –

-Schedule Exemplification of Charity, Unity, and Fraternity and coordinated these with your DD

-Ensure Council Recruitment Team members are identified and receive latest training.

60 Days –

-Schedule Exemplification of Charity, Unity, and Fraternity and coordinate these with your DD

-Schedule October Membership Drive. Coordinate needs with your Pastor.

90 Days –

-Schedule Exemplification of Charity, Unity, and Fraternity and coordinate these with your DD

-Conduct Order wide membership recruitment drive. VIVAT JESUS!
