Vol. 2, 2024 - 2025
The months of September to October 2023 has been as busy as a bee months for Father Michael J. McGivney Assembly 3004 Officers and Members of Allen, TX, as they embark themselves on activities that made their assembly's presence visible, and vibrant to the community they serve.
To start with, on September 2nd, the assembly participated in another FC Dallas Fundraising event held at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, TX. They were able to earn $8,455.00 in total proceeds that will fund their assembly's patriotic activities.
Thereafter, on September 10, 13 of their brother knights and their family members held a Patriotic Rosary prayers at the McKinney Veteran's Memorial in McKinney, TX. Such event took place in memory of the 22nd anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attack.
Moreso, the assembly attended the exemplification ceremony on September 9 in Waxahachie, TX, wherein out of the 60 new Sir Knights that were exemplified to the order, 7 of which came from their assembly.
Likewise, in the October 28 exemplification venture held in Grapevine, TX, 4 became new Sir Knights from their assembly, out of the 65 brother knights who attended the occasion. So to speak that their assembly was awarded the Top Assembly 2022-2023 by the Worthy District Master, in recognition for all their outstanding work, at the banquet of the said itinerary.
And, in celebration of All Saints Day and All Souls Day on November 1st and 2nd, the assembly serves as commentators, lectors, eucharistic and hospitality ministers, etc., in their respective council churches, together with their fellow parishioners.
Thus, the listed various undertakings of the aforementioned Assembly 3004 reflects their commitment, dedication, and strength, as men for others, men on a mission, and soldiers for Christ, all for the greater glory of God and country. Vivat Jesus!
