Breakfast w/St. Nichola

Council 7850 held its first Pancake Breakfast since the COVID shutdown of 2020. This gala event resumed with the presence of St. Nicholas, an honored role palyed by fellow Sir Knight Steve Ousey. Gourmet Pancake Chef and fellow Knight Raphael A. Valdez, Jr. mixed his secret recipe, assisted by fellow Knights, depicted below in the kitchen. The event was a huge success, having an attendance of 375 and donations amounting to $1,735. These funds are designated for the St. Vincent de Paul Charity.
