Council 6358 Christmas Party

By Tom Stamp Grand Knight, Texas Knight Reporter

Vol. 2, 2024 - 2025

Council 6358 (Good Shepherd, Schertz) used its annual Christmas party as an opportunity to raise awareness and funds in support of wildfire relief efforts in Maui. Partnering with a local Hawaiian culture society, the Council held an authentic Hawaiian luau for its members and their families complete with a Hawaiian blessing, a roast pig parade, live music, and hula & fire dancing. There were also several raffles, a festive poetic gift exchange, and a visit by Santa Claus himself. More than 150 people gathered to say prayers, sing songs, have Hawaiian-style fun, and provide much-needed support for Hawaiian Americans in need this holiday season. God bless us, every one!
