Novena for Life

Council 6358 (Good Shepherd, Schertz) conducted its annual Novena for Life from 16-24 January at two different churches within its parish, Good Shepherd and Immaculate Conception. The Council aligned its event with the US Council of Catholic Bishops and invited participation from across the parish, the community, and many of the charitable organizations that it supports. Portions of the novena were led by family members and portions were conducted in multiple languages to reflect the diversity of the Council’s membership. The novena served as an excellent preparation for mind and spirit in advance of the local and state marches for life. Approximately 750 people participated in this important Life program event.
