K of C Parish Breakfast

Council 7850 provides a breakfast after the 8:00am & 10:00am Masses on the first Sunday of the month, with a fare consisting of pancakes (plain & blueberry), sausage, eggs, hashbrown casserole, bisquits and gravy.The kitchen crew is led by Chefs Raphael Valdez, Jr., Joe Petrie and Ron Harabis.A total of 21 Brother Knights volunteered their time and talent, starting at 7:00am to prepare the food and set up the Parish Hall for dining.These worthy Knights stayed to help cleanup after the second serving period and all departed by 12:00pm.

Attendance approached capacity levels in the Parish Hall after each Mass as hungry patrons brought their appetites for food and fellowship. The Knights served 317 patrons and the donations will help support the St. Vincent de Paul Charity.
