Council 15174 Monthly Holy Spirit Parish Breakfast

Holy Spirit Council 15174 of the Knights of Columbus (in the Diocese of Tyler) opened their monthly breakfast season with a well-attended gathering after 9:00 a.m. Mass, on the morning of September 8^th.Our Council Chaplain, Father Ariel Cortes, thanked God and blessed the meal as well as those in attendance.

Every 1^st Sunday of the month, the Knights meet early and prepare a fare of eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, salsa (for the hearty, 3^rd-generation Texans), coffee and juice for the parish to enjoy as they share loving fellowship among family and friends. Each breakfast is held in the St Jude Hall of Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Holly Lake Ranch, TX. As this is not designed to be a fundraising event, there is only a nominal charge for adults with children through high school age admitted for free. The parishioners are grateful to the Council for providing them with an occasion to relax, socialize and even to meet and greet new parishioners.
