Volunteers from Council #5598 ensured everything ran smoothly, from check-in to water stations along the route. The 5K route highlighted scenic spots allowing participants to reflect on the value of life.

“This event is not just a run; it’s a statement of our commitment to life and family values,” said Grand Knight Jacob Trevino. District Deputy #209 Ray Mendoza added, “We’re grateful for the community’s involvement, sponsors, and the continued support.”

Participants expressed their enthusiasm for both the cause and the camaraderie, with several families attending together. The day ended with an awards ceremony, where medals were given to the top finishers, and appreciation was extended to all who contributed to making the event a success. The Council looks forward to continuing the tradition next year, hoping to expand community involvement and support even further.
